Zagg Money Dussehra UPI Challenge

1. Campaign Overview

The Dussehra UPI Challenge (the "Campaign") is a promotional offer run by Zagg Money on the Zagg Money (Android app only). Participants earn cashback on eligible credit card payments, complete 9 daily spend milestones to collect arrows, and use those arrows on Day 10 in the Dussehra Challenge game to unlock a cashback multiplier of 1x to 10x.

The Campaign has three reward components:

• Welcome reward: ₹15 for new users who add a non-co-branded credit card and complete their first transaction.
• Transaction cashback: cashback on every eligible credit card transaction during the Campaign Period.
• Milestone arrows and multiplier: one arrow per completed milestone; arrows give entry to the Dussehra Challenge, which unlocks a multiplier on the cashback earned. More arrows, better chances of earning a higher cashback!

By participating in the Campaign, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions in addition to the Zagg UPI Cashback Feature Terms, the Zagg Money app's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The ₹15 welcome reward and the Multiplier bonus under this Campaign are in addition to, and may be combined with, the cashback earned under the Zagg UPI Cashback Feature on the same transactions. If there is a conflict, these Terms apply to the Campaign.

3. Campaign period and eligibility

• The Campaign runs only during the Campaign Period. Transactions and milestones outside it do not count.
• The Campaign is open to Indian residents aged 18 or above who hold a valid Zagg Money account.
• The Participant must add at least one Eligible Credit Card in their own name on the Zagg Money app.
• Zagg Money may limit the Campaign to selected users, cities or card networks, and will show eligibility on the Campaign page in the app.

4. New user welcome reward (₹15)

• A New User earns a one-time welcome reward of ₹15.
• To qualify, the New User must, within the Campaign Period, (a) add a new Eligible Credit Card on the Zagg Money app, and (b) complete their first Eligible Transaction with that card.
• The ₹15 is credited only after the first Eligible Transaction is successful. A failed, reversed or refunded transaction does not qualify.
• The welcome reward is given once per New User, regardless of how many cards they add. It applies only to non-co-branded credit cards. A New User who adds a co-branded credit card is not eligible for the ₹15.
• A user who registered, added a card or transacted on Zagg Money before 11 October 2026 is not a New User.
• The welcome reward is not part of the cashback that the Multiplier applies to.

5. Cashback on credit card transactions

• Participants earn cashback on every Eligible Transaction made during the Campaign Period.
• Cashback earned is shown on the Campaign page as "Cashback earned" and accumulates through the journey.
• Accumulated cashback from credit card transactions is the only amount eligible for the Multiplier (1x to 10x) after the Dussehra Challenge (Section 7).
• Cashback on a transaction that is later cancelled, reversed, refunded or charged back will be deducted or withdrawn.

6. The 10-day milestone journey and arrows

The journey has 10 steps on the map: 9 spend milestones (Day 1 to Day 9) and the Dussehra Challenge on Day 10. Each milestone completed earns one Arrow. On Day 10, every Participant who completed at least one milestone from Day 1 to Day 9 gets one bonus Arrow, so a Participant can collect up to 10 Arrows. A missed Day means a missed Arrow. More Arrows, better chances of earning a higher cashback (see Section 7).

• A milestone is completed when the total value of all Eligible Transactions made in a single Day reaches or exceeds that milestone's target. Several transactions can be added together.
• Each journey Day is a fixed calendar date: Day 1 is 11 October 2026 and Day 10 is Dussehra, 20 October 2026. Each Day's milestone can only be completed on that date.
• Only that Day's milestone can be completed on a given Day. Spend above the target does not carry forward to the next Day.
• If a Participant does not reach the target on a Day, they miss that Day's milestone and its Arrow, which cannot be earned later. The journey still moves ahead, and the next Day's milestone and spend target apply.
• A milestone is marked complete only after the transactions are successful and confirmed by Zagg Money. Pending or failed transactions do not count.
• Arrows have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can only be used in the Dussehra Challenge during the Campaign Period.

7. Dussehra Challenge and cashback multiplier

• The Dussehra Challenge unlocks on Day 10, Dussehra (20 October 2026), for every Participant who completed at least one milestone from Day 1 to Day 9, whether or not they completed every milestone. These Participants also receive the Day 10 bonus Arrow before playing.
• A Participant needs at least 1 Arrow to play. All Arrows the Participant has earned are shot together in a single play. The game can be played only once.
• The game then reveals a Multiplier assigned at random, which can be any value from 1x to 10x (both inclusive). Collecting more Arrows improves the chance of a higher Multiplier, but no specific Multiplier is guaranteed beyond 1x, whatever the number of Arrows.
• Final reward = total eligible transaction cashback earned in the Campaign × Multiplier unlocked. The cashback already earned on each transaction counts as the 1x portion, so the additional amount credited after the Dussehra Challenge is the cashback × (Multiplier − 1). Example: ₹60 cashback with a 4x Multiplier gives a final reward of ₹240, made up of the ₹60 already earned plus ₹180 credited as the Campaign bonus.
• Only cashback earned on individual credit card transactions (Section 5) is eligible for the Multiplier. The ₹15 welcome reward and any other bonus or reward are not eligible and are paid at face value.
• The game must be played before 20 October 2026, 23:59:59 IST. Unused Arrows lapse after this, and the Participant receives their base cashback at 1x.
• The game's outcome is final. Zagg Money's records of game results prevail in case of any dispute or technical issue.

8. Reward crediting and payout

• The welcome reward is credited to the cashback balance once the first Eligible Transaction is successful.
• The additional Multiplier cashback is credited to the cashback balance after the Campaign Period ends, once the underlying transactions are validated. Redemption of the cashback balance is subject to the Zagg UPI Cashback Feature Terms, including the minimum balance of ₹25.
• Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.
• Zagg Money may withhold, reverse or recover any reward credited in error or obtained in breach of these Terms.

9. Eligible and excluded transactions

Only successful payments made with an Eligible Credit Card through the Zagg Money app count towards cashback, milestones and the welcome reward. The following do not count:

• Failed, pending, cancelled, reversed, refunded or charged-back transactions.
• Payments to self, transfers between own accounts, and credit card bill payments.
• Wallet loads, gift card or voucher purchases, and cash-equivalent transactions.
• Transactions with merchants or categories excluded by Zagg Money, the card issuer or the card network.
• Transactions made outside the Campaign Period or through any channel other than the Zagg Money app.
• Split or repeated transactions that Zagg Money reasonably believes were made only to meet targets, such as circular payments between known accounts.

10. Fraud, misuse and disqualification

• Zagg Money may disqualify a Participant, cancel Arrows and withhold or recover rewards if it suspects fraud, misuse or a breach of these Terms.
• This includes multiple or fake accounts, use of someone else's card, emulators or modified apps, automated scripts, collusion with merchants, and manipulation of the game.
• Zagg Money's decision on disqualification is final and binding.

11. General terms

• Zagg Money may change, extend, suspend or withdraw the Campaign or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted in the app.
• Participation is voluntary. Card charges, interest and fees from the card issuer remain the Participant's responsibility.
• Zagg Money is not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, card networks, NPCI, network outages or events beyond its control.
• Zagg Money's total liability under the Campaign is limited to the reward the Participant is eligible for.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
