AU Zaggle Credit Card - Value Passes
General Terms and Conditions for Passes
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the passes made available on the zagg.money platform if the customer has AU Zaggle Credit Card in association with AU Small Finance Bank ("Bank") and Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd. (Co-brand partner). By activating any pass, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
Pass Purchase & Eligibility
- Passes can be availed individually or any one out of a specific group or multiple passes across different groups.
- Example: Anyone of the Essential pass(es) can be activated at a time. However, Travel Pass can be activated independently or together with any one active Essential Pass.
- Restriction of availing a single or multiple passes within a group, is purely as per the discretion and/or terms defined by zagg.money.
- Once activated, a Pass cannot be cancelled during its validity period and neither the fees charges will be reversed.
- Only valid and active AU Zaggle Credit Card holders will be able to avail the listed passes.
- Essential Passes include Utility Pass, Movie Pass, Everyday Pass, and Earn More Pass.
Pass Duration and Activation
- All passes activated by Cardholders/customer are valid for a defined period from the date of activation which shall be communicated during the time of pass activation.
- Spend-based passes shall have a 30-day spend period from the date of activation to meet the defined eligibility criteria.
- Benefits (vouchers/access) shall be unlocked within 15 days after the end of the benefit period, as mentioned for each of the passes.
- Passes cannot be cancelled once activated during the Offer Validity Period.
- Each pass can be activated only once within its defined cooldown period (e.g., 90 days or 180 days), as specified at the time of activation. This shall be communicated during the time of pass activation.
Pass Pricing
- Pricing shown against each pass during the pass selection journey is applicable as mentioned during the time of pass activation.
- Pass fees would be levied on the day or within 2 days from the date Cardholder opts in for the pass.
- Fees levied will reflect in the card statement.
- Fees are non-refundable once the pass is activated.
Total Qualifying Spends
- Only net eligible spends shall be considered for pass eligibility. Net eligible spends are as defined against each of the pass and basis pass benefits.
- Reversal transactions (refunds, cancellations) shall be adjusted against total spends.
- Reversals of transactions from previous periods may be adjusted in the current pass period.
- Only successfully settled transactions shall be considered.
- Only retail transactions shall be considered unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Excluded categories unless specifically included in an offer are Cash withdrawals, Fuel transactions, Rent payments, Government transactions, Wallet loads, EMI transactions, Utility and telecom transactions.
Note: For category-specific offers (such as Utility Pass, Everyday Pass), only spends falling under defined eligible categories shall be considered. Transaction classification shall be based on Merchant Category Codes (MCC) assigned by the card network and shall be final and binding.
Benefit Fulfilment
- Benefits under pass(es) shall be provided in the form of vouchers, partner benefits, or access services and will be at the sole discretion of the zagg.money.
- Benefits shall be fulfilled only upon meeting the defined spend criteria.
- Benefits shall be issued within the defined timelines and made available in the zagg.money application and/or shared via registered email/SMS.
- All vouchers shall be subject to partner-specific terms and validity.
- Expired vouchers shall not be revalidated or reissued.
Pass Specific Conditions
1. Earn More Pass
- Cardholder must spend a minimum defined amount ₹10,000 within 30 days from the pass activation date.
- Cardholder shall earn fixed voucher value worth ₹200 upon meeting the spend criteria.
- Earnings shall be provided in the form of Amazon or any other equivalent brand voucher.
- Offer can be availed once every 180 days.
- Only excluded category spends will not be considered. Excluded categories are cash, Fuel, Government payments, Wallet load, Utilities and Telecom transactions.
2. Utility Pass
- Cardholder must spend a minimum defined amount ₹10,000 within 30 days from activation.
- Cardholder shall earn 2% on eligible spends. Eligible categories include government/tax payments, utilities, telecom transactions, etc.
- Cardholder shall earn a voucher worth upto ₹300 upon meeting the spend criteria.
- Earnings shall be provided in the form of Amazon or any other equivalent brand voucher.
- Offer can be availed once every 90 days.
3. Movie Pass
- Benefit shall be provided in the form of a BMS or equivalent brand voucher of Rs. 500.
- Discount is applicable only on ticket price. Convenience fee levied on each ticket (as applicable) has to be borne by the purchaser.
- Offer can be availed once every 180 days.
4. Everyday Pass
- Cardholder must spend a minimum defined amount ₹10,000 within 30 days from activation.
- Eligible categories include grocery and dining spends.
- ₹10,000 net of reversals shall be spent in 30 days from the pass start date, to unlock the voucher.
- Cardholder shall earn percentage-based benefits (up to 5%) on eligible spends.
- Earnings will be gratified in form of Amazon or any other equivalent brand voucher.
- Maximum earning cap per activation shall apply (up to ₹500).
- Offer can be availed once every 90 days.
5. Travel Pass
- Cardholder must meet the defined spend threshold (e.g., ₹20,000 within 30 days).
- Upon meeting eligibility, Cardholder shall receive a complimentary lounge access voucher.
- Access shall be provided via QR code / voucher mechanism.
- Voucher shall be valid for a defined period (e.g., 30–60 days from issuance).
- Benefit is non-transferable and valid only for the Cardholder.
- Access is subject to availability at participating lounges.
Third-Party Services
All vouchers, lounge access, and partner benefits are fulfilled by third-party service providers. The Bank and Zaggle shall not be responsible for service deficiencies, denial of service, delays or partner-related issues.
Misuse and Abuse
Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in:
- Reversal of benefits
- Suspension of the pass
- Cancellation of the Cardholder account
Modification and Discontinuation
zagg.money and/or the Bank reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any pass or its associated benefits at any time without prior notice. Cardholders will be notified of material changes through the zagg.money application or registered contact details.
General
- These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Cardmember Agreement and Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC) issued by the Bank.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank or Zaggle shall be final and binding on the Cardholder.
