80th Independence Day Campaign

1. Campaign Overview

This campaign ("Campaign") is launched by zagg.money to encourage eligible users to increase their UPI payment activity using the zagg.money mobile application. Eligible customers can earn rewards worth up to ₹160 in the form of an Amazon Voucher or an equivalent brand voucher by completing eligible transactions during the Campaign Period, as per the applicable reward structure below.

2. Eligible Customers

The Campaign is applicable to the following eligible user cohorts:

New UPI Users:

• Users who successfully register and complete onboarding on the zagg.money platform after the Campaign goes live and during the Campaign Period.

Existing UPI Users:

• Existing UPI Users identified as eligible by zagg.money for participation in the Campaign.

For both cohorts:

• Users must complete eligible UPI Merchant QR transactions through the zagg.money mobile application.
• Users must use an Android device to access and transact through the zagg.money mobile application.
• Users who do not meet the applicable eligibility criteria will not qualify for the Campaign.
• Users who completed onboarding before the Campaign went live will not be eligible under the New UPI User cohort.

3. Campaign Period

• The Campaign is valid from 12th August 2026 to 21st August 2026 (both days inclusive).
• zagg.money reserves the right to extend, modify or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion.

4. Offer Construct

• Users must complete successful eligible UPI Merchant QR transactions during the Campaign Period to qualify for rewards.
• The minimum transaction value for each eligible transaction is ₹200.
• The applicable reward structure is based on the user's eligible cohort:

• The maximum reward under this Campaign is ₹160 in Amazon Voucher value per eligible customer.
• New UPI Users must complete 5 eligible transactions to receive the maximum reward of ₹160.
• Existing UPI Users identified as eligible by zagg.money must complete 10 eligible transactions to receive the maximum reward of ₹160.
• For New UPI Users, the ₹80 reward will be earned upon completing the 3rd eligible transaction, and the additional ₹80 Independence Day Bonus will be earned upon completing the 5th eligible transaction.
• For Existing UPI Users identified as eligible by zagg.money, the ₹80 reward will be earned upon completing the 7th eligible transaction, and the additional ₹80 Independence Day Bonus will be earned upon completing the 10th eligible transaction.
• The reward will be issued in the form of an Amazon Voucher or an equivalent brand voucher within 30 days from the end of the Campaign Period.
• Only eligible transactions meeting all applicable Campaign criteria will be considered for reward qualification.

5. Campaign Rules

• The applicable transaction milestones depend on the user's eligible cohort as determined by zagg.money.
• Transactions that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be counted towards the applicable Campaign milestones.
• All eligible transactions must be completed during the Campaign Period.
• The maximum reward available to any eligible user under this Campaign is ₹160 in Amazon Voucher value.
• The additional ₹80 Amazon Voucher will be provided only upon completion of the applicable final milestone:
  • 5th eligible transaction for New UPI Users
  • 10th eligible transaction for Existing UPI Users identified as eligible by zagg.money
• No reward will be available after the Campaign Period ends, irrespective of the user's progress.

6. Other Terms & Conditions

• The Campaign is applicable to Android users only.
• The Campaign is applicable only to:
  • New UPI Users who complete onboarding after the Campaign goes live and during the Campaign Period; and
  • Existing UPI Users identified as eligible by zagg.money for participation in the Campaign.
• Only successful UPI Merchant QR transactions made through the zagg.money mobile application will be considered.
• Each eligible transaction must have a minimum transaction value of ₹200.
• Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfers, self-transfers, bank transfers, wallet loading, failed, reversed, cancelled or refunded transactions will not be considered.
• New UPI Users who completed onboarding before the Campaign went live will not be eligible under this Campaign.
• zagg.money reserves the right to determine and identify eligible users for participation in the Campaign based on its internal eligibility criteria.
• zagg.money may cap the number of eligible users or the maximum Campaign budget at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the Campaign, suspicious transactions or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
• Rewards will be issued only after successful verification of eligible transactions.
• The reward will be provided in the form of an Amazon Voucher or an equivalent brand voucher.
• Customers can access the voucher through the zagg.money app using their registered mobile number or through the applicable reward fulfilment process.
• The Campaign cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically communicated by zagg.money.
• Customers eligible for the reward may receive updates through SMS, WhatsApp, In-App notifications or other communication channels.
• zagg.money shall not be responsible for failed transactions due to network, technical or system-related issues.
• zagg.money's decision regarding customer eligibility, applicable user cohort, reward qualification, reward fulfilment and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding.
