Zagg Everyday Rewards Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

This campaign ("Campaign") is launched by ZAGG Money to promote activation and usage of UPI linked to Credit Cards ("UPI on CC"). Eligible customers can earn cashback upon completing defined milestones, including app install, login, UPI handle creation, and conducting qualifying transactions.

Eligible Customers will be those who hold a Zagg Yes Bank Rupay Credit Card and meet following Offer conditions:

  • Customer creates a UPI ID for the first time and should be activated on the ZAGG Mobile App and adds a Zagg RuPay Credit Card, setting up a UPI handle for the said card during the offer period
  • Does the qualifying transaction(s) using the UPI on Credit Card during the mentioned offer period using Zagg Yes Bank Rupay Credit Card and the ZAGG Mobile APP

2. Campaign Period

The Campaign is valid from 18th May 2026 to 17th June 2026 (both days inclusive).

ZAGG Money reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion.

3. Offer Construct

Earn cashback on your UPI on Credit Card transactions done through ZAGG Yes Bank Rupay Card using your Zagg.Money mobile app only.

  • Offer period: 18th May 2026 to 17th June 2026
  • Minimum eligible transaction value: ₹250
  • Maximum cashback per customer is capped at ₹250

Cashback Structure:

  • 1st Transaction: 5% cashback, max up to ₹50
  • 2nd Transaction: 10% cashback, max up to ₹75
  • 3rd Transaction: 15% cashback, max up to ₹125

Cashback will be offered in the form of Amazon or equivalent brand vouchers within 30 days from the end of the Campaign period.

Customer can access this voucher on Zagg Money App using his/her mobile number linked with the ZAGG Money mobile app.

Qualification for the campaign will be on a First Come First Serve basis.

4. Other Terms and Conditions

  • ZAGG Money may cap eligible users or max campaign budget for this campaign at its sole discretion without any prior notification.
  • The campaign is applicable for Android Mobile users only.
  • ZAGG Money reserves the right to disqualify customers for fraudulent activity, misdemeanor, reverse cashback, or block participation.
  • This is a limited-period campaign and ZAGG Money reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at its discretion.
  • ZAGG Existing customers who are already registered with a UPI handle on ZAGG Money are not eligible for this campaign.
  • Customers eligible for any cashback will receive the update via SMS/WhatsApp notification/In-App notification etc. as applicable.
  • If the cashback amount is in decimals then it will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
  • ZAGG Money is not responsible for failed transactions due to network or system issues.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
  • ZAGG Money's decision for qualification of any customer for the cashback is final.
